People want Legal Wills. One of the regular phone calls we get from prospective clients is asking if the Wills that we produce on this site are fully legal.

Well the answer is very simple, yes they are as long as you follow the signing instructions that we sent to you with your will. No will document is legal until it is signed dated and witnessed correctly and we make sure that you have all the information and instructions that you need to make your will fully legal once you’ve been through our process and it’s a simple process:

You fill in the form and make payment.
We draft your will and email a draft to you for checking.
You check it and either email us to say it’s correct or you’d like some alterations.
If you want alterations we make those alterations and send new drafts until you’re absolutely happy with the will in front of you.
Once we’ve received an email from you telling us it’s to your satisfaction we print, bind and post the will to you with full signing instructions.

The process really couldn’t be easier and you can be happy in the knowledge that you’ve got a fully legal will in place.

So if you’re in the market for legal wills then please click on the will form link and get started, if you think your will is going to be more complicated we also offer a home visit service and a telephone will service. All our prices can be found here.

If you want to use the online forms but have any queries you can always ring us during normal office hours and we’ll be able to answer your quereies so that you can carry on completing your will form. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
