We offer Telephone Wills because many people prefer to get their wills written by giving their instructions to us over the telephone, this can be for many reasons, not comfortable with writing details online (even though our service is secure), they don’t have an email address or their situation seems to be complicated so would like to talk it through with someone first.
What ever the reason, we’re happy to take instructions over the telephone, we’ll be able to offer advice and help clear things in your mind that may be bothering you or that you feel you don’t understand.
We take your instructions and payment then we write a draft will for you to check (sent to you by email or post, whichever you prefer) then, once approved by you, we print the original will and post it to you with full signing instructions.

Telephone wills came into their own during the 2020 Coronavirus outbreak CV-19 because for many people, it was impossible to get to see a Will Writer in person so the obvious answer was to call us and we were happy to take your instructions via the telephone.
When you’ve completed a telephone interview, a draft will can be posted or emailed to you within 2 working days and, once approved, we print it and post it to you with full signing instructions.
