This is notice that the Wills.org.uk office will be closed until 20th September 2016 due to holidays.
During this time, clients are asked to:
General Queries: email us or use this website’s contact form on the home page, these can be dealt with as I am picking up my mail sporadically whilst away.
Specific Queries about your own existing account: email us or use this website’s contact form on the home page, these enquiries will be dealt with quickly when the office re-opens.
Online wills, Single and Mirror: Please feel free to complete the online forms as usual, I will be able to email your wills to you with interim signing instructions so that you will be able to have a legal will in place within 48 hours. The original will can then be printed and posted to you promptly when the office re-opens.
Emergency Wills: Our iPhone and iPad app is always available for instant basic wills that you can print off and sign immediately, this service is unaffected by the office holiday break.
When the office re-opens after holidays we will endeavour to complete all outstanding work within 2 working days so there should be no lengthy delay.
In short, this office closure should not inconvenience any existing or new clients any more than is absolutely necessary as we have made arrangements to satisfy as many situations as we can think of. If, however, you feel strongly that adequate provision has not been provided, please email us and we will respond accordingly and take what ever appropriate action may be necessary to prevent such a situation arising again.
I can assure you that all of your needs are going to be given the highest priority by a re-energised staff, immediately on our return. It only remains for me to thank all new and existing clients for their patience during this well earned break.
