Q. We made a will before but it is invalid as not witnessed and the firm went broke. We were advised to register the property we jointly own separately with land registry or something so that we both had control of out half and would be protected if one of us went into a care home. We can't quite remember what it was, but cost a lot of money to do. Can you advise? We both want to re-write our wills.
A. Use Wills.org.uk to write your fully legal joint wills from just £49
Q.
I have been recommended your services by a friend. One thing which is not covered in the mirror will online section is the ability to apply a discretionary will trust to our sons inheritance in the event that my husband and I pass away. Can you advise how/if this can be covered within your services and if there is additional cost for this.
A. Yes this can be arranged.
Q. My wife and I are looking at sorting a joint will. She is Austrian and I am British with a child on the way.
We have some significant savings in Austria and would want those to be included in the will and of course at some point down the line we would be looking at emigrating out there. Is the will going to cover all this? A. Yes we make sure your will will cover this.
